RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Free Shipping for Domestic Returns/Exchanges:

For all domestic orders, we include a complimentary FedEx return shipping label and offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges. This allows you to try on as many sizes and styles as you like. Timeframe

All items are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days of receiving your order. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If a previously purchased item goes on sale outside of the 15 day return window it will not be eligible for a price adjustment. Sale prices are subject to change.

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Please allow 10 business days from the date your refund is processed for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Not sure what can be returned?

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Emerson Fry garment tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original packaging.

Looking to exchange? 

Domestic exchange orders are processed as new, separate orders with free shipping. Please return your original item(s) for a refund, and visit emersonfry.com to order your replacement. When submitting your replacement order, please place the note “EXCHANGE” with your original order number or email info@emersonfry.com to receive a shipping refund.


Do you live outside the U.S.?

For our international customers, your local shipping rates with the carrier of your choice will apply to any returns. For Exchanges, please contact our Customer Care Representatives to reserve your replacement item. FedEx International shipping rates will apply to your exchange order. Where do I drop off my returns?

You can drop off your return at any FedEx Mailing Center or drop box. No plans to leave for the day? You can schedule a pickup on the FedEx website or by calling 800-463-3339 and a FedEx driver will stop by your location to collect your return. If you will be leaving your home, we do not recommend scheduling a pickup. The customer is responsible for any return that is not received by FedEx if left out front of a house or building unattended. 

SHIPPING:

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping within the continental U.S. using FedEx Ground for $10.50. Unless otherwise noted, orders ship within 1-3 business days of order placement date.

Transit time for flat rate shipping is approximately 1-7 business days.

FedEx Ground U.S. Shipping

We offer domestic FedEx ground shipping to U.S. addresses outside the continental U.S. Shipping rates vary by package weight and destination. Unless otherwise noted, ground orders ship within 1-3 business days of order placement date.

Transit time for ground shipping is approximately 1-7 business days.  
Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

For insurance purposes, any FedEx Ground orders valued over $1000 or FedEx Express orders will require an indirect signature. If the signature is waived by the customer, Emerson Fry is not responsible for replacing lost/damaged items.

FedEx Priority Overnight - Next business day, by 10:30 AM

Express orders ship the same day if placed on a weekday before 12 pm ET. Express orders placed after 12 pm ET or on weekends will ship the next business day.

International Shipping

We offer FedEx List Rates for all International Orders. Please visit FedEx.com for International shipping details and arrival times. Unless otherwise noted, orders ship within 2-3 business days of order placement date. FedEx Express orders placed after 12:00 pm will ship the next business day. If you have any questions regarding shipping times, Emerson Fry is open Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm ET.

*Any international orders containing backordered stock will not ship until all items on sales order are available.

Any and all customs fees (customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.) are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, Emerson Fry has no control over these fees. Please note they may add a significant cost to your order. You may contact us at info@emersonfry.com for a duties quote before placing your order. Because we are a retail store, we are not able to mark orders as “gifts” for customers in order to avoid paying these fees. We will not misrepresent product or values on customs forms. Emerson Fry does not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

PROMOTIONS:

We may periodically discount and move items into our Ends section when inventory is low and we do not have plans to restock due to material availability or seasonality. If you see something in the Ends you would like, don’t wait around to buy it. Discounts are not permanent and special promotions often end within a few days.

If we discount an item less than 15 days after you bought it at full price, let us know and we’ll credit you the difference. This offer only applies to purchases made within the last 15 days, and only if we have the same size and color of the item that you originally purchased in stock.

Although infrequent, if we do have a promotion code available (I.e. Cyber Monday) the code does not apply to any previously discounted items or previously placed orders. 

Discounted items are eligible for free return shipping. You are welcome to use the supplied return shipping label. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
